CrossFit Teens & Kids are designed purely to give our children a huge kick start in life.
Classes run with a similar layout to adult classes, but are more fun & often in a game or challenge format. A
All Classes embody CrossFit’s 10 Key Fitness Fundamentals:
Cardio, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Accuracy, Power & Speed.
