Kids / Pre-Teens CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Kids, Pre-Teens & Teen classes encompass the 10 Fundamentals of CrossFit:

Cardio, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Accuracy, Power & Speed. 

All classes are designed to prepare our children for lifes challenges. They are designed to be fun, whilst challenging & skill developing. Perserverance, mental aptitude, resilience & fortitude building. Albeit with in a very humble, nurturing, down to earth, family friendly coaching & training facility. 

CrossFit Kids (6-8yrs) 

Wednesdays at 3:30pm: $75 per Term. 

CrossFit Kids classes are designed to be fun and consist of challenging skills, drills & mainly games for exercise without our kids even realising they are. 

CrossFit Pre-Teens (9-12yrs)

Mondays at 3:30pm: $75 per Term
Except Term 3 where they are run Fridays at 4:30pm due to touch rugby. 

CrossFit Pre Teens are still designed to be fun and end with games, but they shadow & closely align with Teen class format. We have more challenging workouts in Pre Teens with more in depth skill & movement development. 

CrossFit Teens

Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30pm: $75-$150 per Term

Teen classes are run very similar to adult classes. These are designed to give our amazing Teens a real fitness edge in life & unlock their true potential.
